Mountain views, olive trees and your own thoughtfully furnished casita. Cooking takes place in Casa Maria, our home, where a small group can gather around Sal’s kitchen and feel part of it.

For four, Vine and Jasmine give two couples, family or friends their own private space, with shared cooking and meals bringing everyone together. Come as a couple, celebrate an anniversary, or give time with your nearest and dearest as a birthday present.

Sal’s love of cooking began beside his mother Maria in Sorrento. After 17 years owning and cooking in his Italian restaurant in London, he now shares those family traditions and practical skills at Tierra Fina.

Expect hands-on cooking, useful little tips and the pleasure of a meal together. His family story is at the heart of the welcome.
